First KTOP-TV Cable Station Manager, developed and managed cable TV operations from an occasional program to a full-time government channel; responsible for producing weekly live coverage of all City Council, Council Committees, Planning Commission, and other meetings.

Supervised 13 staff members responsible for the production of 70 hours of weekly original programming, including computer graphics announcements and weekly Council agendas; two weekly series presenting City news and interviews; special events; press conferences; and public affairs series.

Managed $750,000 station budget.

Prepared the department's Office of Marketing and Public Information budget.

Team member, Oakland Public Library Management Team; participated in weekly City Manager senior management team meetings.

Oversaw the design and specification of industrial video/audio systems for the historically renovated Oakland City Hall, new Emergency Operations Center and a new second studio facility for the planned Administrative Annex.

Team member responsible for emergency planning, disaster preparedness and development of Emergency Response Geographical Information System (MIERS).

Coordinated interdepartmental video production, provided technical support to City and County agencies.

Supervised the installation of cable TV headend and studio renovation for the City channel, including videotext system.
